Apteekki 51
Puume designed and complemented a modern and stylish new pharmacy, Apteekki 51, on the first floor of the Mall of Tripla in Pasila, Helsinki. The purpose of the updated space concept was to improve the customer experience, making it easy to see the store at a glance. The store is bright and approachable, the cash desk is placed in the front of the store, the layout of the store fittings makes the space clear and spacious. The Green Cross symbol – symbol of the member pharmacies of the Pharmacy Association, remains a central element of the concept, while the color of the shop fittings is neutral and restrained. The customer experience conception also focused on the digitization of in-store guidance and pricing systems.
